Our Process: Careful Disassembly and Repacking

Once the bass guitar arrived at our warehouse, we began the careful disassembly process:

1. First, we removed the guitar strings by loosening the tuners.
2. Next, we unscrewed the four bolts and metal plate connecting the neck to the body.
3. With the neck and body safely detached, we wrapped each part individually with protective materials.
4. Finally, we combined them into one secure, compact package.

By reducing the overall length of the package, we were able to cut down the shipping costs significantly.

The Result: A Happy Customer and Lower Costs

The customer’s electric guitar was shipped safely to his country in a smaller, well-protected box. The cost savings were substantial compared to shipping the guitar as one piece. Most importantly, the instrument arrived in perfect condition, ready to be reassembled and played again.
