We also provide proxy service for those online stores that doesn’t accept non-Japanese credit card, or doesn’t have an online store at all.
If you can’t find the item online, feel free to contact us and we will search it for you.

*Some items may be charged with custom fee/duty tax upon arriving the country of destination.

How To Order

1. Register to our website and choose your plan.
2. To register, you must provide us with your Photo ID that shows your name, date of birth, and current address.
   (Example: Passport, Driver’s License, utility bill, bank/credit card statement, etc)
3. We will send you a confirmation email with our postal address.
4. You are ready to shop!
5. Once the item arrives, we will send you an email notification.
6. Reply back with shipping address and your choice of shipment (and other options if required).
7. You can pay either by PayPal or bank wire transfer which includes shipping fee and fee for your choice of Plan.*
8. Paying by PayPal: We will send you a PayPal invoice to your email address.
9. Paying by bank wire transfer: We will send you our bank details to your email address.
10. Once the payment is confirmed, we will ship your package.**
