With our forwarding service, you’ll receive a Japanese postal address to make shopping from Japan easy and accessible, no matter where you are in the world. Simply register for one of our plans, and you’re ready to shop!

We also offer a proxy shopping service for stores that don’t accept non-Japanese credit cards or lack an online presence. If you can’t find the item you’re looking for, just reach out—we’ll help locate it for you.

1. Register on Our Website
   Choose your forwarding plan and sign up. For registration, we require a photo ID showing your name, date of birth, and current address (e.g., passport, driver’s license, utility bill, or bank statement).
2. Receive Your Japanese Address
   After registration, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your unique Japanese postal address.
3. Start Shopping
   Use your new Japanese address to shop at any Japanese store. When your item arrives, we’ll notify you via email.
4. Arrange Shipment
   Reply to our notification with your preferred shipping address, shipping method, and any additional service requests.
5. Make Your Payment
   You can pay via PayPal or bank wire transfer, covering the shipping fee and your chosen plan.
   – PayPal: We’ll send a PayPal invoice to your email.
   – Bank Wire Transfer: We’ll email our bank details to you.
6. Receive Your Package
   Once payment is confirmed, we’ll promptly ship your package to you.
