Proxy Shopping Service

1. Online Store

We charge: (Item cost + shipping fee) x 10%

*Minimum fee is JPY 1,000.

2. Retail (Brick and Mortar) Store

We charge: (Item cost) x 30%

*Minimum service fee is JPY 4,000.

*For event proxy shopping the minimum service fee is JPY 7,000.

*Cost may vary depending on the location of the store.

*Some items may not be accepted in certain countries.

*Some items may be charged with custom fee/duty tax upon arriving the country of destination.
